Ayurvedic Shirodhara & Shamanic Cleanse
Shirodhara is an ayurvedic technique of pouring oils over the forehead (3rd Eye). It is an ancient technique used in Indian culture for 5000 years. It is very useful for stress reduction and treating diseases associated with depression, anxiety and mental fatigue. Facial and Foot Reflexology, hot stones and integrated Chakra Cleanse sound healing for a profoundly centering experience. Oil permeates the scalp, allowing for a deep scalp massage. Reiki

Reiki is a hands on healing technique which addresses physical and emotional pain and mental distress. In this technique, universal energy (Qi or Ki) is transferred through the palms into your body, which allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium. Deeply relaxing and restorative, resulting in stress reduction, restful sleep and a feeling of well-being. Includes Facial and Foot Reflexology, Sound Healing, crystal therapy and essential oils. Sound healing upon request, no additional charge.  This incorporates Shamanic Sound Healing & crystal healing.

The Session
Connie will offer Divination. Her process draws upon her 13 years as a sacred medicine facilitator, Shamanic worker, hands-on healer, LMT, Reiki practitioner and initiate of Native American ritual and ceremony in the Dakota Sioux lineage. Additional training in African Dagara and earth-based elemental processes offer a grounded experience of guidance.
